I plan to work less for a higher return!

I am getting an assistant! It will free me up for farming more area. 

I am being more and more selective about the business I choose to work.

Work harder.

I'm never the same agent this year as I was last year; I love it when my competition claims they won't change; I am going to work on improving my habits, circumstances and fortune as I  look forward to the changes derived from the growth through the education I receive at my annual and quarterly trainings. So, a lot will change this year; thinking will expand and improve to open up more opportunities. Habits will change to improve health and recharge time. Books will be read, webinars & podcasts listened to and travel will happen; all contribute to improvements.

Oh and we will finally be changing our kitchen! We "break ground" in January!

I gained weight in 2016 and need to lose it in 2017. 

Continue with my continuous improvement action plan, improving efficiencies and other metrics and much much more.

My answer is perhaps a bit different coming from the education side, but I think there is always room for improvement in organization and planning. Currently working on some hard deadlines for big projects that should have me on the right track for 2017.

My birthday will change but also we are going into 2017 with a robust property management company.

Right now I am not changing anything. Everything went very well and i made little adjustments as needed. I fore see much of the same in 2017
