my thoughts are to learn to market and create your own follow up system....but I'm old school.... so you may want to read what others have to say.... I never used any system except my own for 38 years...

Like most real estate agent, brokerage and service industry advertising, this also is a bunch of puffery looking to ensnare the naive. Let me give you an example from their website.

"You can sell your home for an average of 13% more than the average. Our record of 30 less days spent on the market is a huge benefit..... "

This alone should raise the red flags. However, what they will tell you is the icing on the cake regarding what you should do. A product or service that can not stand on it own merits, benefits, results or outcome, always come married to these  words offered as assurance "If you do just one transaction it pays for itself."

When you hear those words, disconnect. Better yet, tell the sales staff if you hear those words you will hang up. When puffery is being sold, fake assurances are always in the air and they just can't help themselves, 'If you do just one.....buzzzzzzz"

My thoughts? What do I know. Update us when you are about $600 poorer and let us know the outcome.
