People pick up the newspaper and the magazines, and no they are not all old. Studies have been done that in some parts of the country younger people are favoring magazines over being online. To market our listings, having a showcase listing page on our website for the listing. Also the blog post is really a page about the listing- if you set up the category that way- you can market to the category page and it will be like having a single property website.
Realbird is awesome! You can get some great leads from Realbird too.
We also send out just listed cards, those will bring more listings. We do direct mail. It still works.
Also having a branded app through through your MLS.
Then there is Facebook - HUGE driver right now.
