I'm Jewish, so it's not really a fair question for me. But presuming that I celebrated Christmas, the answer, for me, would be yes.
That's a significant-enough payday, for me, that I would be willing to skip the festivities, and hopefully my family would understand, and we could celebrate appropriately when the commission check cleared.

Too late... all presents already purchased and sent out weeks ago. No family here this year for Christmas... so I guess I'd say yes. Of course, the problem in my market is finding a $4million house!

Unlikely this would happen but I would pass. Family time over the holiday is too important

Well, we've decided not to do presents this year (since no one has anything they want). Dinner plans are the only plans we have for the day. If the buyer is legit, I'll work on Christmas but still make it to dinner. I'll probably bring my family along (also in the business) so we not only spend the day together, but make bank on that commission. Sounds like a win-win to me!

Not on your life. My grandsons and family are much more important than someone who would put that kind of proviso on dealing with me. Doesn't mean I don't work with clients during this time.

No I would not and I have walked away from many people as selfish and demanding as this. It is real estate and there are no emergencies in real estate. I do not jump for anyone if it goes against my nature. NEXT!

Why does the buyer need their agent to skip Christmas?
What constitutes 'skipping Christmas'?
Does this mean all day from sunup to sundown on Christmas?
Is the buyer an atheist or Satanist or Scrooge of some sort?
Does the buyer know that Christmas is actually a pagan holiday?
How RWA is the buyer?
The answer to your Q will depend on the answers to these Qs.
I can make anything happen for someone I want to make it happen for.
Do you feel lucky? Well? Do ya? 3:)
Bonus Q: What's the difference between 4000 and 4000000? Rhetorical!

If they deposited $120,000 for my commssion to be released to me on or before the closing date of the contract, then yes.

Hypothetically yes, because I believe Christmas is in my heart not in how many gifts I give or receive ...

Of course I would.
Be aware, the buyer will have successfully passed the "Are you here to jerk my chain or buy a house" tests.
I truly doubt the world would end should I invest in my families future on Christmas Day.
I have great faith that those who know me realize I've measured the situation properly.
Further, those who love and know me would suggest, let's do this together and Christmas may be on the 27th. That would change the world in what way?
However, 'can't buy anyone presents' is absurd. Not only can I buy presents 24 hours a day, I can have them gift wrapped and delivered on Christmas eve. AND, if someone is getting a new car, the dealer will be the elf to deliver it that day.
The only time this should have any real metit are with those who are obediant to Commandment #4. Even then, December 25th is clearly the wrong day to celebrate the Birth of Christ.
IT is a frabricated holiday, bereft of any relevant significance encumbered with societal guilt.
PS: but the real question, and revealing question will be, "to whom will this contract be delivered?" Ohhhhh.

Probably, but there are too many "if's" here and... it sounds too good to be true, so you know what that means...
4,796,638
It depends. On the buyer. On the situation. I would certainly consider it so it's definitely not a "No Way" answer.

3,986,529
I can spend a lot of time with family after the commission check is cashed
3,386,608
That would be rough because that would also mean missing my mother's birthday.
2,810,604
Yup. That commission could more than make up for everyone's temporary disappointment.
3,448,781
That would not be an issue for me because I already don't buy presents and I do not spend time with family ... where do I sign?
