I had a CRB membership and since I nolonger manage, I chose to let it go. It is not where I am focusing my efforts.

I had a CRB, CRS and 7 other designations.... I retained all of them and they all appeared on my business card.... no one knew what any of them meant but they knew I was continually learning and applying what I learned... they like it... it was worth the money every year...I called it investing in my business.... it set me apart from everyone and I PLAYED ON THAT SCENARIO....BIG TIME!!!

I personally will always stick with my GRI designation. There is no yearly fee for this one.

I might have to join Jeff Dowler and get that CRS. Hey; any discount for senior citizens? Earlybird specials? ![]()

Not even interested & I don't know the designation. That would be a NO.

I'd need to look into it. It doesn't sound like the right designation for me as I don't manage a brokerage.

If I was a managing broker I may get the CRB, but I don't, so the CRS is fine for me, currently. I do have my sights set on the CCIM.

Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers - I think it is a scam to pay annually for designations! You already earned it once, so why should you keep on paying for it every year?
I have educational degrees for which I paid once - and that's it!

I'm not really a fan of having to pay to get any designation and having to keep paying to keep it.
