All of our written contracts that specify terms and are signed are "expressed contracts". Looks like some members are thinking you're asking about implied contracts (verbal or implied by actions) rather than written contracts.

I'd say any contract that is in writing, sat a real estate contract, is an express contract. If not in writing, no contract.

Oakly Rogers An express contract is one in which the terms are agreed to either orally or in writing. Keep in mind the Statue of Frauds requires all real estate contracts to be in writing to be enforceable.
