You got it, Steve.
I have a neighborhood that plays with his drone at night. It's pretty neat to see in the dark sky. I enjoy watching him fly it around, but other neighbors are freaked out and feel like they are being watched.

We have never used drone photography and I believe it is more useful in securing the listing to begin with

I have heard that Facebook controls the number of actual posts that will be seen or viewed by members of a Group.
For example, when I or members post in my Facebook Group: Secrets of Real Estate Success, which has 4,500 Realtor members ... the post on average will only be seen by 7 to 10% of the members of the Group or in this case, about 450 members in the Group .... that Facebook controls or limits the distribution ... can Anyone address / discuss this .... thanks Steve

It was interesting to read different opinions. And now that it's more accessible I suspect we will see more of this. I don't know that there is added value for the average house, however. Real estate is filled with "it depends" situations

I absolutely love the innovation of drone photography for real estate agents. I took two listings recently - one for a compound of 14 lots with 5 residences and another for 30 acres of farm land and the drone photographs really show them off.
