Oh my gosh, dare I say the material is NOT anything I would use.  Not my style. Not. My. Style. Not my style at all.  

I spent a whole lot of money early in my career (before I knew better) on Craig Proctor 'paraphernalia.' Like most other systems that are similar, there is very little takeaway for the money and only a small percentage is useful for the average agent. The system builds on other systems that are really vital to make the core system work. By the time you have everything in place, you would be financially invested to the hilt. If you have enough money to invest all of that, you probably don't need his system.

I've seen worse. I tried his successwebsite deal once several years back. It was a National Enquirer look. He was giving a 2 or 3 month free trial at the time. He does promote some of those gimmick ads, so be careful. Ads like " If I don't sell your house in 30 days, I'll buy it". Read the fine print. There are many ifs, like you have to be buying a move up property, and it has to be one of your listings, etc.

I was a team members years ago and my team leader at the time went to his seminar, got tons of material and honestly, got zero business out of it!  Our method of personal contact worked far better than any 'system' out there and for me, it continues to do so as well!  I wouldn't waste my money, Vanessa Aparicio!

Craig Protor has been around a long time.

I found his material useful in wordcrafting.

Identifying the audience, their concerns and addressing them in the manner in which they are accustomed proved useful for me.

He is a bit over the top, very much like every KW family meeting. You keep what is useful and throw the rest out.

I did zillions of years ago. They are not cheap. But if you work on his system it does work. It all falls back on your actions.

I would highly recommend listening/watching some of his videos online before you make a solid decision. Definitely not my style, I couldn't even watch the video on Youtube. Before you hire a coach, write down the main areas you need assistance with, it would be much easier to find the right match.
