I offer it, but very few sellers want aerial photos. Larger farms and land are more likey. but there are already numerous sources of aerial photos on line that anyone can access.

No and that's because I primarly list (and live) in restricted air space where I can't fly a drone.  The fines are hefty and many have to be registered with the FAA.

It is a wise thing to do with some of the properties in my area. Not the homes in town, but those out of town with views...yes it's a very good idea. I think we are going to start seeing more of it.

It depends on the listing. Since some of our listings are expired listings  the house has to be shown from a different angle, put in a different light. We have some where the property is more important than the house so areals are important, or to show how close to the showgrounds a house is or to the bridle paths, etc.
