No..I'm leaving it to the professionals! I do what I do best..list and sell and paying those who do what they do best. My grandson has one and is really getting ramped up to do some videos..I'll be happy to pay him.

I've been watching my neighbor fly his drone. It looks like fun. At night it's lighted up and looks like a small alien spacecraft. I would love to get one and buzz my broker's home with it. 

I don't plan on it but maybe my photographer is.....I'll have to ask him.

Eric has one and we use it for new subdivisions.... aerial photography is eye catching and "the eye buys".... it provides an overhead view of the subdivision.... buyers love it....the builders love it....

Like all tech, buy today and its outdated tomorrow. Im waiting for the next phase of drones to come out with more bells and whistles.

I have a cheep one that I used once, but the new ones are more sofisticated and easier to fly, so I am considering it, after I pay $150. and take a written test to get a license and pay more money to register the drone.Then there is the insurance we would need for a business to fly them.  It all takes some thought, time, money and more money.

In mid west I think it is tax free everyone walk on an airplane with one. Dubai is what I was thinking.

Not yet. If I need drone photography I will hire an expert at it. Later on I may get one to try my hand at it.

No. I don't even own a camera. Besides there are all sorts of other licensing, insurance and regulatory issues related to drones that I don't want to get involved with.

I bought mine at the NAR Convention in Orlando in November 2016 after paying others to take my photos before.  The problem I had with others is they didn't know what I wanted to capture and without seeing the image from above, how could I?

I'd love to, but I'm already shelling out money on other things that the government is regulating.
