We've seen a slow down in our business for the past few weeks, but I'm taking advantage of every moment getting re-organized and playing catch up on the items I've left stranded in my To Do Box.  So it's all good.  Now that the election is done I'm also seeing things perk back a bit.  All normal for my business -- every 4 years.

Up and down - it's been an insane year for condos and vacation homes

Our November sales have already surpassed those of 2015 and we look to do better than 2016 for December, assuming all scheduled closings happen.

Business is actually very good and I'm not questioning it!

I am steady and had several sales this fall. The next few weeks look equally good.

We're doing good.  Just waiting for some escrows to close.  Have 4 going right now.

The fire's not going out here.  Every time I think I'm about to see a slow down, after a few days some contracts come in and it's full steam ahead again.  I feel blessed to have had a great year with 2017 looking wonderful already, too.

It's still relatively hot in our area but, the low inventory is killing us!  We have buyers in month-to-month rentals all over the city!  I can't WAIT for spring! 

I am repeating what happened last year.  I am busy and will close the year with a bang.  Feeling Grateful and Blessed.

It's still pretty steady but overall inventory has dropped off.

When someone needs to BUY it house, it doesn't matter what time of the year it is. Sellers might pull back to wait out the holidays, but it's more for their own convenience because they don't want to make a move then.

Last week could have been the busiest week of the whole year. Absolutely buried in work

Just taking each day, one at a time. Always on the prowl for more listings.

My fire burns as hot as I stoke it.

The fire has gone from a raging one to a small camp fire.  I look for it to rekindle after the holidays.

It has been another consistent year with no slumps which I have worked toa chieve and grateful for.

we are strong through the end of they eyar but I am starting to stress about January - which means I need to get my backside into gear! 

I'm having a very busy, steady Fall Season, compared to last year, but it's not on target to hit my Q4 goals yet, so mixed feelings of gratitude for the business I have and anxiety to hit my goal of 8 closings in Q4.

And, I'm never too busy for your referrals.

slump

I don't like to call it a slump but I guess it is. There has been way too much/many buyer demands on my listings with sales falling thru for one reason or another. I am running into agents & LO's that are coaching buyers into getting $6K in seller credits, etc.

Low appraisals, you name it. Ugh.
