If you are looking for just an open house flyer- like a template that you can work with, you can design one in canva.com for free, download it and print it for your open house. 

Even faster is if you have a mac or an ipad. Use .pages app and choose one of the templates, drag and drop the images of the house into the placeholders and sub out your text. Easy, peasy, I can make a flyer in less than 5 to 10 minutes. No need to depend on another company, another server, etc. 

I would just google for the information.

Nestor & Katerina Gasset has your answer!  I too, love RealBird!  For the 'free' version of a flyer, Barbara Todaro mentioned MS Publisher - or you could use (if you have a Mac), Keynote.

Realbird is a great resource if your MLS doesn't have flyer options for you. Have you also tried asking the office assistant if they can do it for you?

We have an in-house Art Department that prepares our marketing materials, and there are many other brokers in the area who are doing the same thing.

I would access the Microsoft Office website and pull down a Word flyer I like, modify it, and then use it repeatedly.

The only difference between a Open House flyer and any other is the text box containing the words OPEN HOUSE.

Instead of offering what every other agent does, consider a custom flyer that contains what others do not.

This is your time to leverage this collateral to present your 'One Thing."

I use my mls.

I hand my ideas to a professional to create brochures as part of a customized marketing program for each property.   If you want "free" I'm sure there are numerous options available.   Good luck.

The simplest solution I believe to be your local mls and realbird( 2 free listings at a time). 

Yeah there are plenty of them out there just google them. They'd be templates of all types.

RM has had their own so I don't have any other suggestions for you but I see them all the time.

We had this happen a few months ago, when the professionally designed flyers were not ready for the open house.  In asking a similar question, I found out that Breakthrough Broker had a free flyer template (I was given access through the title company reprsentative.) 

Believe it or not, Zillow also has several free open house flyer templates (probably for the FSBOs.)

I also learned, while trying to figure out if our MLS had a flyer template, that there were a number of other benefits and resources the MLS offered, that I never knew about, such as a subscription to Inman.  I did eventually find the flyer template, which you can use only of the house is on the MLS.

If you are already using a CRM, a lot of them offer flyer templates.

Try Google.  There are a couple sites out there, but they don't have much in the way of customization.
