I don't use riders... my sign is totally my own with the RE/MAX balloon on it. There is no information on my sign besides contact information directly back to me. But sign calls in general are not frequent. People use the internet.

We don't see many calls, but they are necessary

Depends on what the sign offers?
Example:
"Soup line at 5 pm" will get a lot of response at 5 pm.
"Must see inside" won't even get a yawn.

It lets people know it is for sale or pending. that is the bigget message and always nice to put that sold sign up

I use RealBird's TEXT Riders and get a good result from those in high traffic areas. I've also earned new listings because of them too!
PS the # is captured too :)

I think it's dropped off a bit but I like it because they have MY # on them (the signs have the office).

I still get sign calls but I am not sure what the precentage would be vs online views if that is your question.
But you know Michael I have 3 different apps that tell me what is for sale as soon as I start them up on my phone. Not sure if we will even need signs in the future. That's what I do when we are in a neighborhood & see a sign that I don't remember coming up in the MLS.

Trailed off for sure. People shop using the Internet not driving around neighborhoods, Sign riders are for marketing not purchasing.

I get some sign calls, but not many. I became a RealBird member a week or two ago and just signed up for their Twilio service. I'm hoping to get some good leads off of that by putting the SMS code and phone number on a rider.

What is really funny, I have a lot of calls from drive/walk by-s who are looking for a place to rent even on the top it is in large red letters "FOR SALE''.

Some Riders are getting old, like " Honey- Stop The Car", " Gorgeous Inside", etc. I still use a " For Rent " rider if listing isn't for sale.

Our signs only have sign riders with additional information i.e. pool, view, furnished etc.. All our signs are our own with our direct contact information.

I haven't been an active agent for a few years but I did feel riders were effective for conveying important information that isn't obvious from the standard sign or viewing from the street... Such as "Pool" "4 bedrooms" "Owner Financing", etc.

Electronic sign riders that allow for a direct connection as well as downloading a flyer, or seeing pictures or video, not only produces results, it give you an idea about traffic. Mine also let's me have the mobile numbers of the callers.
