Every agent in the brokerage has one.  They usually wear it while on floor, but some wear it all the time - and have picked up clients at the grocery store!

Yes, and I actually have 2 Michael J. Perry.  I wear it everytime I'm out doing an Open House and out with a client, and occasionally when I'm out shopping.  There are times when I just want to be 'me' though!

Be aware, it need not be a real estate name badge for the magic to happen. When you help others start a conversation by offering a name, you are 50% to where you want to go.

I used to and haven't gotten one at my new company yet.  I got lots of questions from perfect strangers about the market when I did wear one!

I have several.  The ones with a strong magnet so they don't ruin my shirt.  I'll wear it on every real estate outing and sometimes just as advertisement if I'm going to the show, shopping or out casually.

Yes, I have one & wear it at the office. I have forgotten to take it off when going shopping & yes I have gotten clients at a grocery store because of the name tag, other than that I usually don't wear it. It's a good thing to have.

I wear one to my BNI group in case we have visitors.  I've never been a fan.  It seems pushy to me.   I'm in a bunco group with another agent and she wears hers to bunco, even though we all know she is an agent.
