This is not a good weekend for Open Houses. Too many people are distracted with the Elections

   I don't do Opens anymore, but back in the day I did some when it was raining.  Unless it was a downpour, people still came.

I do equal marketing for all open house events and I do agree that weather seems to impact those that will venture out...

Rainy days have produced some great crowds. It all depends on the house.

In Denver, we do not get much rain, but people stay in if it rains.

I wonder why some Qs are posted twice and kept that way.

I tend to cancel on rainy days.  Makes the house too dirty.

Steve Siegwalt - elections and football season! People are talking about many other things other than open house.

Heavy rain can certainly deter activities. A good time to make some calls to fill your schedule.
