Our brokerage is in an office park - no walk in traffic. When I worked in Boston we were a storefront in Harvard Square - plenty of walk in traffic

convenience and visibility are always the first choice and most important for walk ins.... we are first floor....on a state highway....

Main floor in a corporate office. Not that we have any walk-ins to talk about.

All three are at street level, walkins are extremely rare though, maybe a half dozen in 30 years.

Our office is at street level.  There isn't a lot of walk-in business.   

We are at street level & rarely receive any walk-in traffic.

Street level - decent walk-ins.  My new office is also street level and I am anticipating more walk-ins.  It's in a busy area with lots of great shops and restaurants so, I'm hopeful!

We have a freestanding building that is 3 stories. Walk-in traffic has been way down over the last 10 years. It only happens a couple of times a month now.

We have a one story stand alone building on Main Street in my small mountain town. We do get a lot of walk in traffic.

First Floor - Great location, location, location ... Directly off the highway - and when you sit at the light, you stare directly at our brick building.

Street Level with excellent signage on a main road in to a popular subdivision.  We do get good walk in although not as much as we used to.

When we did have a physical office, ground level rules!

Our building is so funny!  Reception area, main office and mail delivery are on 3rd floor accessed from a door and an elevator on the 2nd level, behind the building.  My office in on the main level, accessed from the parking lot, on front of the building, with no receptionist.  We get walk in traffice all the time from people looking for our main office, or the title company that occupies the entire 2nd floor.  I would love an office on the main street of our summer tourist town for walk in traffic, except that it is dead downtown in the winter.

I don't have one now but the one I did had stairs and it did cut the walk ins by seniors

We have a street level entry in an upscale shopping mall. Walk-in traffic is pretty good.

Walk-in Business? 

In my area that went out with the dinosaurs.

We are on the 11th floor.  We don't get much walk in, mostly only those coming for a meeting.

Our office is on the second floor of an office building. I do not count on walk in business.

I'm on the second floor with an elevator.

There is no such thing as walk in business in my area. In fact, East of the 5 freeway, minus some of our "small towns", there's really not much to speak of. The walk-in business is in the tourist areas like Downtown and all the coastal communities.

We are in an 9 story building and are located on the 6th floor..commanding views and centrally located.

Close friend broker has downtown office on flr 2. It was a problem until a receptionist was stationed at 1st level front door. Now it no problem.

Every office in Erie, except one in downtown, is street level.  Some offices have more walk-in business than others.

I think in some areas walk-in traffic is important especially in second home markets.  In commercial real estate, we were on the 6th floor of a highrise building in a class A building.  For residential, I would recommend visibility and easy parking. A
