John DL Arendsen - not been to Kentucky - yet.
Now we will be expecting pictures posted here on AR after your trip next year!
Never been there nor heard of it, but I was born in Louisville! Only lived there 6 months. Good luck finding a place!
John, as a small child, we lived in Williamsburg, which I think is east of Dawson Springs. It's on the Cumberland River and just a beautiful part of the world. I went there a few years ago on a road trip and stayed in a pretty B&B. And I'll bet you can find one around Dawson Springs.
Check out Conde Nast, Trip Advisor, and AAA for advice and reviews.
No, but if you belong to AAA they can probably help you. The nearest Chamber of Commerce may have a Tourist/Visitor division that can help you.
Or visit their website...google is your friend.
I would go on line to Marriot to check - also since Marriot just bought Starwood you should check them out too
I can't help you, but I hope you have a great trip. If you are near the land between the lakes area...I would suggest stopping there. It's a neat place. Bring your fishing rod if you like to fish.
I have heard of Dawson Springs and generally know where it is but have not been there. Explore the possibility of a bed and breakfast. They can provide a very pleasant experience as the owners are knowledgeable about the history of the areas.
I can't say I've ever been there but can't wait to hear about it! Good luck!
Sorry, John DL Arendsen we have only driven the interstate through Kentucky. Most states have department in charge of tourism. Google Kentucky tourism or similar topic.
Cocoa Beach, FL
Never heard of it or been there..sorry no help!
I have not even heard of this town, but have a wonderful time!
Sorry, I've never heard of it. Sounds like a quaint small town. I'm sure it will be amazing to visit your history!
Not that I recall - I have been to Kentucky, and I have been to Dawson's Landing in British Columbia!
Never heard of it; you are lucky to be able to spend a bit of time traveling and seeing your roots.
Some people of heard of and been to it. I am not familiar with that town.
no thank you
No. The only place I've been to in Kentucky is Louisville.
I've been to a lot of places, but that is not one of them.
John DL Arendsen I'm placing my order now for your state's best export, even though it's ranked #9 on the Kentucky Exports List! Whiskey! Do you know what Kentucky's #1 export is?
Hope you get lots of great idea!
Never heard of it.
No, but I've heard of Dawson's Creek.
no, never heard of it....
No and no.
I have never been there
Never heard of Dawson Springs! Good luck!
I can't say I have.
