I'd love the idea of Powell or Condeleza Rice.  Unfortunately they have been repeatedly asked and have refused.  At this point I'm going to vote for Bill Gates.  Simply because he'll bring the reliability of Windows to the government.

 

Either him or Arnold Schwartzenegger or Wayne LaPierre.  Maybe Clint Eastwood.  At least Clint and Arnold both have ACTUAL experience running a government entity.
