What I used to do to the boys when I was a little girl - I always missed their shins and get them in the knees - I was a real "Knee Kicker"

Some use these for stretching carpet, most knee kickers that I know are little urchins trying to get my attention while I am trying to talk.

It's a carpet stretcher. I used one years ago when we did our own carpet installation.

That is a 10 year old niece that doesn't appreciate my jokes.

Haven't heard of a "Knee Kicker" but I've heard of an "Ankle Biter."

Installers wear them.  They use their knee to kick and staple down carpet.

The only thing i can think of is when installing carpet they use a Knee Kicker to stretch the carpet in home construction or when reinstalling carpet.

Are you referring to the carpet installer? It is something used to stretch carpet. Once learned to use properly, it will usually lay easily and save you a lot of time.

A knee kicker is the tool a carpet installer uses to stretch the carpet. I have bad knees,and when I watch this I HURT!
