There are many people who need to hear they are appreciated.  It's likely something where we can all improve.

Hi Peter - Since we're partners, and she's doing most of the heavy lifting, I do it a lot.

Not often enough.  It really is amazing to have a spouse that supports you in your real estate endeavors.

My husband helps me so much I couldn't do what I do without him.  I definately need to thank him more.

I do not think it should be only to spouse/partner but also to kids and parents.
