I would identify the top 10 AR agents in each of the states you are trying to market and reach out to them offering referral fees.

OK, I learned something just now!  I've never heard of a "Zony" before and just figured out it's the beach deprived visitors you get from Arizona!  I'd get to know the Arizona, Oregon and Washington bloggers!  Comment on their posts and they'll probably find yours.

I would do some "touching" to the areas you want to get the word to

understand what Google wants and write accordingly.... it will all get indexed and read by your target audienc....  how's that for an answer from a technology challenged blogger who was schooled by Nestor & Katerina Gasset (katerina).... let's hope the answer was right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You would do your avatar research, you are on the right path wtih that so far, but you need to drill down further and deeper. Then find the keywords your avatar will use to search on Google. Then find who your competitors are and what their SEO ranking is like and find a way to beat them. Then start blogging and doing market reports with your keywords. 

The idea of connecting with agents who may have buyers to refer to you is a great plan in addition to your SEO and online marketing. Katerina

Get a link on Canada Buy South contact Kyle Pearce - there are many Canadian investor sites BUT they want to buy cheap property.  Arizona buyers also might find coastal prices high. I think emphasize luxury, ocean and privacy which are common pieces your listings will have that out of area buyers want. Use those three as keywords in every listing 

And here I thought you were going to send me California referrals to Florida?
