Yes I have to switch when there is pic uploading problems.

I posted somewhere yesterday that I've noticed when you upload photos there is a grey bar that shows you AR's upload point/speed. Sometimes it just sits there & is really slow. I thought it might be my internet connection. Since I've started paying attention to that - things have been better but there is no longer an instanteous uploading feature.

Normally I use Chrome but las tight could not upload a new photo. Switched to FF and it worked. Weird.

I've been having challenges uploading photos too and I used Chrome. I hate that I should have to switch to Firefox to make it work, but maybe that's the quickest fix right now.
