I use a photographer who uses a drone and yes, most of my listings have drone photography.

I use a professional photographer who has a team and does all our photos and videos. The clients love it and makes the marketing stand out above most others.

We're in a drone no-fly zone.  The F-14's would swoop in and shoot it down!

I have not experienced and Cons.... the pros are many.... "the eye buys," remember reading that???  and that's the plus of aerial photography....we've sold many homes with it, especially new ones...

Used correctly, they provide WOW Factor !

Jeff Dowler I did an experiment recently - got about 2 minutes of video, drone zoomed down on the road and here comes the car....!

Now I am not ready to spend another few hundreds and experiment it....

Not yet Jeff Dowler but I have seen some excellent examples. I had a local company offer to do a set for me for $150.

I used to use Google Earth for my above grade imagry and still do for some properties.  However, I did go out and by a drone (great tax write off) and am still learning how to use it.  It is a great differentiator between you and another agent that probably is too cheap to even pay someone else to do it!

Jeff Dowler I haven't used a drone yet. Our County tax information has good aerials showing property lines, etc.

We tried drone photography for our waterfront community in Englewood, and the quality was unacceptable as was the editing from the photographer.

No because most of my listings are in a subdivision  and house too close together..acreage properties do very well with drone video/photos. My grandson has a drone and is quite good at learning how to take some pretty awesome videos!

No. We have too many security and airport zones around here that make them off limits. Most properties don't really need drone video to market them. I know some aerial photgraphers that will take photos if I need them.

Yes and I LOVE using it for unique or lake-front properties.  Here's one:  Luxury Equestrian Property in CLOSE-IN Charlotte Area.  I have separate photographer/videographer and drone videographers.  Try it, your area would look amazing with drone videography!

Images enhance readability and interest..... 95% do not read descriptors.

I have not used drone photography bu would not hestitate if the neighborhood or home and property was worthy of it and the aerial view would enhance the marketing. With quarter acre lots and smaller. it doesn't do anything but show how small the lots are and how messy the neighbor is.

No, nor have I heard of any agent in Erie using drones yet.
