If you don't know how to do something right, have someone else do it. I think buyers will assume that the property is not maintained as well as it should be (especially at that price point) when the first picture has an SUV and a shadow like that.

A professional photographer is worth his/her weight in gold. If that were my home, I'd fire the agent.

I think they must be very proud of the garage. I believe the buyer will need lots more information to determine if this is for him.

Inna, I was just noticing the incredibly horrible pictures on one of the listings in my MLS. I've seen more Realtors in bathroom photos than I care to remember, and today, I saw an agent's head-shot on her listing upside down. Good grief. What are buyers thinking? Probably the same thing. Good grief.

You've got to be kidding?? 1.3 million with those photos. I hire professionals whenever I am selling anything over $250K.

There's just no excuse when marketing a property, of that price-point, not to use professional photography. 

You should probably use professional photography for lower-priced properties, too... but over one meeeeelyon dollars, should always be quality imagery.

If I were the seller I would be pretty ripped if I saw these photos. High priced or not, they suck and the agent who took them should be totally embarassed.

Clearly not everyone is qualified to list high end properties.  This one may not be qualified to list low end properties.

Keep an eye open for an expired in a few months and then you can show them how to do it right.

What a lousy photo, I wonder what it looks like inside.  Is that land part of the property.

I'm not listing my home with this agent.

The buyers are thinking that this can't be a $1.3 house - it looks pretty 'average', and the pictures might just show a 'large house', though it's hard to guess as they are taken from a distance Inna Ivchenko.  Very easy to think a professional photographer didn't take these pictures, and someone or the realtor, was going on the 'cheap' and 'quick' to get any pictures.  What a dis-service to their client - I would not think I hired a professional realtor and would begin to wonder what else will be sub-standard - marketing, maybe hit or miss?  Would not give me a good feeling, as this is the only time to make that First Impression.

Dare to be stupid.

In my mind ... both are guilty of bad decision making.

Photography 505 calls for selfies and they failed at that to!

Front pic is too close and the time of day is wrong.  Left pic I'm assuming is to show views and lack of neighbors.  Doesn't turn me on for the house.

There level of operation or standard is revealed here. However, its results that count. If no results, I would backtrack and when I got to pictures, make corrections.
