I love listing but in saying that, it brings me many buyers too!

I enjoy both

In terms of the tasks and predictability of a schedule, I prefer being a lising agent.  But in terms of building a strong client relationship, I prefer being a buyer's  agent.  The time spent seeing homes and driving around naturally lends itself to a closeness you don't get with a seller.

I prefer listings; however, either works for me

It's nice to have a balance with both but I like the control of a listing more.

Closing is closing.  It doesn't really matter.  Both can lead to future business but a listng could get you there faster.  I love working with both and appreciate the listing agent for allowing me to bring the buyer.  I appreciate the buyer's agent that sells my listings.  Ying & Yang

The best scenario is to help a consumer to sell their current home and find their next home!

Both have their ups and downs.  In this market, being the listing agent is much more fun!

The majority of my business is listing, but I do enjoy working with buyers 

I can see the advantages of being one or the other but whatever puts bread on the table is fine with me...

List to last but, it truly helps your sellers when you also serve buyers!  You get a clearer picture of what the (current) buyers want which helps you coach your sellers.

Listing has a slight edge over working with buyers for me.
