You have a few issues going on with your content.
You are not using a geo tag in your keyword. Barbara Todaro is correct. Most of your competitors are using CT after the term. There is a big community in the Houston area called Woodland Hills. You have to be more specific. There is also a Woodland Hill Condo in California.
You are not even indexed for your post which means your post has not even been visited by Google bots or the bots don't like your post:( .
Try adding the CT to the end of your term and then ping your post.
YOu are also linking out of your post, don't do that. In your first paragraph you link to "great schools" - don't do that.
For conversions, which you need to prepare for now... you need to step up your game.
Your post is in an old school style.
The images need to be large now, in the center, and you need to break up your content into very small paragraphs. Make it visually appealing by adding bullets, lists, etc. More space in between your paragraphs.
Write a similar post on blogger, a free service, or on tumblr or medium and link back to this post on AR. Not to your profile, but to the post.
The new SEO rules are about semantics. You need to add more related keywords into your content. Using the same keyword prhase "3 more times" does not work anymore.
It has been only one day since you posted it, patience will also help moving forward;).

Tom.
As Corinne Guest, Managing Broker said times have changed. You really would have to outspend the agregators to see yourself on Google. A long tail may get you there if you are consistent. Wishing you all the best.

Keep at it and blog about other areas in your community and you will rise in the rankings, but it does take persistence and continuity.

Tom Braunagel - you have so many great answers. I'll repeat one of them - use Long Tail words. ActiveRain University has a webinar on it.
Google keeps on changing the logic - so we need to keep on changing the way we blog.

Are you a Rainmaker or a Rainer? If you are a Rainer you need to subscribe and pay a fee. If you are a Rainmaker, did you use tags and keywords at bottom of post?

Start with AR's Blogging Blueprints where you will learn the importance of "H" tags and other key aspects of creating Google friendly content.
You can also help the Google Bots more easily find your content by pushing the URL through Google's Search Console.

There are some great suggestions here. I had to read the answers first. You've asked a great question. One post isn't going to get you there. Keep at it. Be consistent. I do market reports each month on the same neighborhoods.

In addition to the excellent detailed response of Nestor & Katerina Gasset to start, adding a youtube video may help.

Looks like you have some good answers here already, I just keep posting, some find page one others are a little further down.
One thing that really helps though is to share the post with G+ and the other social media sites. Google seems to notice the extra links out there.

One post unlikely push you high in Google search. How many views you got so far? Did you share this post on other sites?

I'd actually use the address.
You're new to AR & you might need authority to place in search. I would correct your phone # on your profile so people can contact you.

Need better keywords - go for the long tail - they have the short ones locked up unfairly!!!

In CA we have a big city called Woodland Hills. You have a lot of competition for those google results as "Woodland Hills Condo" will populate a ton of pages for Woodland Hills, CA. I suggest being a bit more specific with your geography.

I would use a longer tail like Trumball Woodland New Condos for Sale or 3 Bedroom Condos for Sale in Trumball Woodland Community. I would add the location too. Have you shared on Google Plus, other social networks and on your personal website?

I am not an SEO guru, but you need to repeat key words at leat 8-10 times.

Google is not senstive to AR anymore. Suggest long tail words or just pay for Adword which is guaranteed. I am not sure Organic is the way to get results.
1,726,096
Too general. Need to be more specific with the title. For example "TWH second floor, waterview condo for sale"
