Good morning again AB.  We are currently looking for that perfect place.  What is good for one is not good for another.  IMHO that is why there are different floor plans and sizes, one size does not fit all.....

If the buyer loves it 100%, then it is the perfect home for that particular buyer.

I have never found one. I built the same house twice and still wanted to change things. It can be perfect for a time and then we change and want more or less.

'Beauty is in the Eyes of the Beholder' is my answer, as it really fits your question - love it Robert Vegas Bob Swetz.  And have to mention, like your new picture, too!!  It's very hard to say what is perfect for one person, is a major objection for someone else, and just having something newly up-dated is no guarantee that the next person will say it's their style.  I've heard people say that the first thing that 'had to go', was a renovation that was just done - it's crazy!
