I never thought of myself as a writer until I was blogging for about a year. Now I sit down & the words just fly off my fingers.

I think of a subject, then a good title & then go. 

Then I go back & re-edit what I've written & be sure to cut things down or cut out things that are unnecessary. 

Write like you talk - hopefully that is a good thing .

I took Journalism in College.  I love writing, so it is an enjoyable task for me.  The problem is the time factor.

Time is the assassin to my blogging activity, then Sandy, and not in that order. I do enjoy it.

It's a chore.

I write some, but mostly I dictate ideas and thoughts and have someone write for me - he's been doing that for me for years and works great for us

Yes, I'm a strong writer. No I don't particularly enjoy blogging... I do it because it's part of my business model. But it would stop in a NY minute if I retired... as would 99% of my social media.

No way, I am a salesman. Technology has caused me to become a blog writer.

I enjoy it and always have liked writing and formulating my thoughts. Some days it is easier than others and think time constraints have the most to do with that.

Actually I have worked as a copy writer in department stores, and I really love blogging.  Some content is putlished from sources that I pay for and some is totally written by me.  (I MUST REMEMBER SPELL CHECK) on Everything!  I love blogging and focus on buyer/seller landing pages and local news and informaton.  How about you?

I definitely consider myself to be a strong writer, but then again it was and is the backbone of my academic career. Blogging is typically enjoyable for me, but there are always topics that are more enjoyable to write about than others. 

I am not a strong writer but blogging is easy. 

I've been published in print and paid for it so I guess my writing is strong. I've never enjoyed it though. Voice-to-text is making it more enjoyable now.

It is a chore for me but it keeps the phone ringing!

I'm a decent writer, I think, and I enjoy it. The time needed becomes an issue. and I can't just write a 5 sentence post! LOL

I love writing, but only when I'm in the zone.  If I try to force it my writing stinks big time.

Rich, For the most part I enjoy it.  Some days it is a chore if I don't really have a desire to write about that days topic.  Either way, it's something I'm going to do every day because it works for us.

If blogging becomes a chore, you are doing it wrong

I find blogging to be very enjoyable at this time of my life.

There are times I find it very enjoyable and the words flow and other times when I find it a chore. The good news is that either way, blog posts are useful ways to get new followers/customers/clients!

I have my moments and most times it is enjoyable.  Or maybe it's just a necessary evil.   Let me think about it....ahh, another post idea....

I know my audience and write to and for them.

I do okay with my writing. Beside for business reasons, I also use AR as a creative outlet...for my writing and my pictures. 

It's a chore for me to write ... but once I get started I enjoy it!

I do enjoy writing. I get in the zone and my fingers cannot keep up with my thoughts. 

I get inspired and then it's fun. And it flows. But to write just to write, that doesn't work for me and I'm sure my loyal readers out there would snooze as well.

If you want to get to a free ride(500K) it takes more than dedication to quickly get there. 

I like to write, so most days I finding blogging enjoyable. There are some days when it feels like a chore though. I'm not very spontaneous. On those days when I'm struggling to write (have a block) then it's challenging.

Hi Rich - It depends what I'm writing. The market reports are always a slog, but beneficial, and by now, pretty automatic. When I'm writing for fun, or on an intetesting topic, it's much more enjoyable.

I would not blog if it was a chore.
