I do a min. of 2000 cards a month. I design them myself, send them to a printer, usually GotPrint.com because you will be hard pressed to find a better price. I use EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) from the USPS. You have to send to every home in a postal route but it's 17.5 cents a piece to get you word out there. When I target my message I use IMAPP tax records, after having a few thousand cards printed, (This way I can have them for a few months) then I upload the addresses into Quantum Digital and mail as few as 20 homes. But don't mail to homes, mail to owners. This way in case the home is a rental you want the owner to get the message. If you want to get to renters target a complex and mail to those addresses.

I like Vista Print. They have very good prices and very good quality. 

Great question as I'm looking to do this too.  Vista Print and EDDM were my thoughts initially.

I am looking for a new one now that my old one is defunct.

I use EDDM (Every Day Direct Mail) through the US Postal Service for farming postcards. My graphic designer creates and orders them and I send them from the postoffice to all the houses in my farm area which is 2 postal routes. It's pretty cost effective. I have used Vista Print, too, for Just Sold, etc.

Like Debbie, I use Vista Print. Very fast turn around & they offer discounts.

We don't use an online service.  We have a local printer work with us on our mailings.

At our firm, we have a private print and mail system. I used to use a local printer. I stopped doing direct mail. Now I am considering mailing to a small farm. I will look into VistaPrint ... I get my business cards printed there. 

I use a variety ( Expresscopy, vistaprint, remax has one, or sometimes I just go to out local Mr Print). I prefer to support local communtiy businesses when I can even if they are a little more expensive.
