I have one and used it once. It is more for action shots than photo shots for MLS or marketing. Once I finially figured out the best way to attach it to my car, and not show the hood in the video, I was okay with it. Still, I have only used it once. That was an expensive lesson.

I have a GoPro but found that by using a Gimbal with my new Iphone, it does a much better job. I like to use GoPro when I am doing a Youtube video of a community. But, I think I am going to use my Iphone with the gimbal for that as well.

Thought about it, but found the quality of the lens does not pass our muster. Fisheye effect in close quarters.

I've been thinking about purchasing a GoPro to use with a drone. I'm obsessed with videos on YouTube that utilize both for real estate and I think the video tours come out so much better than non-drone videos.

I don't know anyone doing this. Maybe for a drive through tour of a community but otherwise I don't see the advantage

No but I thought you wore that on your head or ???
Not sure the photography would be very steady for real estate.

Have considered one several times, but each time walked away and bought a more resonably priced camera.

I don't. For listings, I have a professional for photography and for my blog posts I use either my camera or phone.

Melanie Dugan- Broker In Charge - never used it. Heard a lot of good things about it, though wondering how exactly it helps us.

Don't have a GoPro. And if I did, I wouldn't use it for any kind of serious real estate videos.

I haven't tried it. I use professional photographers for most of my listings.

No. I do not believe that would be the right tool to use for real estate photography.

Go Pro is popular with sports, but i think i can get better video with a digital camera.

Honestly, I use a good photographer to get pictures for listings. Then for Facebook live and Periscope stuff, I use my iphone, which is perfect and has great photo quality. I think if you're planning to use the GoPro for say a YouTube post, it might be okay, but they have wide angle lens on those because of their purposes, and that creates an unwanted distortion from time to time. For video I have a real video camera (small, but great resolution), and I use that YouTube stuff.

I do not use it yet but think it might be a tool I will be adding to my toolbox soon. It is the new thing and has many advantages.
