Over 90 when I was a listing agent for HUD homes.

I've had 8 or 9, but that really is my limit, as I do very personlized marketing and I'm a sole practitioner.

I have nine right now but I try to get two each month.

Around 15ish.

My average number of homes has usually been around 25-30, however during the slowdown in the real estate market I reached almost 60 listings -- but due to the fall in the market many of those never sold.  I found myself doing alot of work for nothing ... since 2012 my average listings range between 15-20.

Over 40, but now I am trying to pare that down by getting a bunch sold.

at one time I had 5 subdivisions going at once.... there were hundreds of listings.... and probably 20 resales at any one time from the new home sales....

when you have new subdivisions, the sky's the limit....

At my busiest I had about 50. That is also when I was getting a contract every other day. It was crazy trying to keep inventory going and negotiate all the contracts. Many months had 10-20 closings. 

Just under 10, so I can manage them all effectively.

 20.   About half of those were owned by the same Investor.

Close to 90.  With another 100 in contract or waiting to be listed.  REO properties.

I am not sure what the total number of projects we have had active at one time, I suspect around 50.  A lot depends on the size of the projects at the time and how drawn out they are.

That's a tough one but an educated guess is well over 40 -55.  Not now...they sell as soon as we get them in and that's how we like it.  Definitely a shortage of inventory in our market and I am sure in many.

Our highest inventory was probably around 22-23 homes, but we work better with 13-14.

About 75 when I handled a lot of short sales in 2011. Now I usually juggle about 25 and that's a much more doable number. Makes me feel like I'm on vacation.

Me, four if you count coming soon listings.

The most I've seen was back in the 2002-2004 hay days I helped out a local broker who had 200-250 listings at any given time all over LA and Ventura Counties.

7 and that is the number of Supra lock boxes I have.  That seems to be the maximum an individual without help can handle in my opinion.

Most of my clients are buyers, and I usually do only about a half dozen listings a year.
