I hadn't noticed people using the Q & A section for promoting their blog posts, but Wayne and Jean Marie Zuhl mentioned it two questions prior to this. And here it is!

Write lots of blog posts with the appropriate keywords.

I don't thing there is a place to gather this type of information.

If you become a Rainmaker your posts could be reached by the public. Consistent posting of the subject with different approaches(success stories of those you have helped, five top things you can do when your adjustable mortgage adjusts, etc) may help you achieve your goal.

They can refinance. And by the way, a question was just asked if it's annoying when people use the Q&A section to shamelessly promote their posts... I think it is. Why not just write a great post with a great title and get traffic to it that way?

I had a neighbor whose payment doubled.  My favorite loan officer came to the rescue and did a quick refinance.

Contact a loan officer..I have no clue.

Sorry Agi, I am not aware of any providers with this information.  Best bet would be to blanket a neighborhood with mailers.

I managed lots of short sales ... I never sent any mailers.  People found me from my wordpress site. I believe those looking for help will go to Mr. Google and find someone to help them.

You could search the public record for conventional loans and create a mail program to this specific segment of the market.

Maybe try writing a blog post about it.  Or a newsletter or post card.

Re-engage w/ past customers.

That is what brought almighty America economy down. In Canada appraisal too low not able to get a mortgage,  mortgage default is rare. A much more solid re lender.

Real estate agents don't have access to owners' loan status. I don;t know if there is a data base you can access for that.

Long before adjustable rate mortgages were due to adjust, it was known way in advance. So who keeps the records on all those loans?  hmmmm
