The only thing truly unique is me.  Like Ron and Alexandra Seigel said "unique" is uncopyable.  Is that a word?  Anyway, you know what I mean.  I was unique in my personality but I differentiated myself with my in depth knowledge of the marketplace and expertise.

What many don't understand is that UNIQUE cannot be copied.  It is like DNA.  If somebody does attempt to copy it, it is a me too. The whole idea came from Mars Candy and M&M's.  M&M's melt in your mouth not in your hands...no messy gloves or hands...No one every used that slogan.  The other good example is UNCOLA clearly differentiated 7UP from Coke, Pepsi, ETC,

Always put yourself in the shoes of your client and do for them what you would do for yourself, your mother, brother or sister.

I'm the unique part of my value proposition. 

No fee listing. An agent listed the house for free+$65. For the next 6 months he was hosting OH every weekend. It was overpriced even in best SFBA neighborhood.  Make long story short his listing was canceled. He left the industry.

I am the unique value in my business.

My son the attorney handles some pretty high volume and expensive lawsuits that if an investor tagged along, would clean-up rather nicely. For those that understand the risks, this is better than the stock market for ROI
