I have two back to back Friday and have done it quite a few times in the last few months. I have an excellent team in the attorney, title company and we get it together.

Yes I have done several of these. It works best doing one in the morning and then having a little break maybe for lunch and one in the afternoon. So essentially they are back to back. But I have had 3 in a row before. Dominos.

Yes.  Had concurrent closes with a seller who also bought with me.  Almost had two escrows close in the same week for one of my buyers.

I have, and mostly they've been smooth.  Though, lately they scare me as to many uncontrollable delays seem to be popping up.

Yes -- I'm not sure how many times but I do recall two and possibly three in one day.   There are usually issues that occur in any transaction but they certainly seem less important after rather than during the course of events.  

As you know, our closings in California are rather uneventful except for waiting for that call to tell us "we're confirmed" from the title or escrow company.  

Not in one day Jeff. But I had a week of back to back closings.  What a week that was.  All went well ... I'd certainly like a repeat of a week with a closing each day.

A couple of Fridays ago I had closings at 9, 10, 11:30 & 1:00.  Everyone (except the first one) knew that I'd be a bit late.  I'm happy to report there were no glitches and I made each of them! It was busy but great which stemmed from working with a great team that got it done.

Sure. The only issue is scheduling which is rarely done at my convenience

Many times and about to do another in a few weeks. If you're organized up-front, no muss, no fuss. I've also had days when I had three closings scheduled for one day with three different clients... again if you're organized up-front, no muss, no fuss.

Yes. It is easier if it is with the same client.

As recent as last month. Had one seller go in and sign earlier so she would have time to do a walk through and get to the next closing. Went relly well but we were concerned about the wire getting there in enough time. And I have a similar situation next week.

I have.  Earlier this month, I had the "sale" closing in one room, and the "purchase" closing in the next.  We were waiting in room #2, for the settlement statement and the check from the sale, to complete the purchase.

Everything went smoothly... ain't nothing like two settlements in a row.
