That is exactly how everyone should act, but unfortunately they get their hands on a Zestimate and watched HGTV and now they feel empowered. Kinda like when people go the doctor and tell them what they think they may have after going to WebMD.

I'm sure if they have that opinion about listing price they will be great clients with regards to issues like showings, keeping the property maintained, etc. Good for you for the chance to work with such pleasant people!
