Not a stitch of it, since I no longer enter a listing meeting with a step-by-step flow chart. I adapt as I present according to the prospect's reactions.

None of it... I update mine each time I prepare for a presentation so it's always "of the minute."

None of it, it's a fine tuned 7 slide listing system. 

7 slides and 20 minutes later, it's delivered and it delivers me listings.

Easy, the answer is none of it, I adapt to the situation the home and type of seller.

Like many other folks that responded, we tailor each of our listing presentations to the client, so we are constantly editing.

I'm right now cleaning my presentation. I keep most of it, just making it look more professional with formatting and high quality pictures. 

I used to spend a lot of time giving my background but now don't spend time on that but turn it around talking about the seller and how my skills will help them.

I hate canned presentations. I need to develop the relationship at the first meeting.

At this time I will keep it the way it is. 

Mine are always "customized". 

I sometimes get talking about muyself a bit to much and am working on resisting that.

I update mine every 6 months.

Each presentation will vary with each client.

Since it is a change in process, it happens on its own each time!

I think we've got it down to where we need it - the last thing to go, and that was a while back, was stuff about our company.

Sally that is a good question. I just went over our presentation last week and updated some information that was outdated. Easy to forget and let it slide by.....

What's a listing presentation?  I just have meetings to sign listing contracts. 

None of it.  It's all useful or it wouldn't be in there in the first place.

I don't have a standard listing presentation. So often sellers call me to just get it done. Why sell myself again if they are already sold on me?

Each one is different, but I do try to touch on some basics each time.

I tell and dont sell. After a few Q & A with me, we sign and then I sell

we are constantly changing our presentations....adding and deleting sections.... we're now adding a section on aerial photography.... the drone is in action again....

While there are some things I always take --- I prefer to listen rather than talk.  I find I present a lot less "things" these days.

The entire listing presentation ... I no longer use them.  I am the presentation. No distractions ... we engage in a meaningful dialog. I explain why I do not use a "formal" presentation and it seems to be appreciated. 

I'm a shoot from the hip kinda girl - I prepare but there isn't any real "presentation". I used to do presentations but deleted those LOL

Mine are personalized for the client/customer and the property and I add and delete parts of it as needed. The basic format is updated often.

We usually just "wing it", so no changes for us...

Listing presentation, What's that?

I would like to skip the entire listing part.

"I can help you sell your house. You good with that? Ok, let us get started."

Nothing else.

None but everyone in a sense has a 'canned' presentation. Just following a topic line could be considered canned. Don't want to miss any points so winging it is not really professional is it?

I keep adjusting where I listen more, and talk less.

After all these years it is still a work in progress.  Marketing plan gets updated the most.
