I did for a year and paid almost $850 a month. A sufficient size to have a good return, however, that was not the case. Only 1 deal in 12 months. I kept the contacts I captured and put them in a drip campaign. Maybe others will sell in a year or two. I found their same call to action-how much is your house worth-to the same group of people for a year is not effective.

Melissa Marro - I used it and just had sufficient ROI to survive on my investment. I stopped after one year.

I interviewed them after AR endorsed them in that webinar; I decide my due diligence didn't produce enough positives to pursue them and I see from other comments I was correct. Leads are a waste of time when you do not control the "how" they are generated and by "what" means they are vetted and incubated.

Before you pay for anything make sure that you have the resources in place to follow up on the leads.

It's a little pricey but I haven't really heard if it's working for a 'real agent' yet. I think that it 'should' be a good investment.
Hope someone answers with hands on use.

Maybe someone here who has used them with some success with respond, but without that at least I would be pretty suspicous. How about doing a search on AR to see if anyone has written about them?

The company is in my area. They approached me and offer me 10 free leads. The quality is awful after 6th # I finally reached a live person who was not even a home seeker. I can get my own leads. I blocked them. The area code 855 is problematic also. I get a lot spam.

Expensive. Much better ROI elsewhere. I've listened to their sales pitch at a trade show. Their developers love their formulas

I do not, sorry. We have a company policy against buying leads, since 99.999% of the time it seems to be a waste of money.

Again, I believe owning your own web site and creating new content works the best over time.
