75 & Sunny is my answer 300 days per year and yes it does; I compete with the beaches, surfing, outdoor sports / weekend events and vacations in general.

Our weather is relatively moderate and does not control my sales, unless we have a freak snow or ice fall. Then things do stop until it melts.

Weather affects showings and sales. When it is extremely hot like it has been, sales slow down.

Weather plays little except for blizzards.

Weather can be a factor in Chicago. Depends on the buyer. Some are hardier than others!

Ginger - It is HOT, HOT, HOT. What else can I say - 112-116 degrees, and still in the 90's at night.

This is our summer, so it really does not control our sales. We deal with it.

It is very hot here in Arizona!! I think if there was a choice most everyone would want to work only at night! :)

Hot and humid most of the time here on the beach. When a hurricane is predicted to head this way, it does affect sales.

It's very hot in my area, and so is the market. 

Only if hurricanes roll in. All closings stop because insurance companies will not insure if there exist a threatening hurricane.

80 and sunny.  Down from 108 two days ago (yay!!!!).  Excessive heat (above 95) can, but if you have AC it can speed up your sale!

Our weather is usually sunny, clear skies and warm. Since we've had a lot of rain this past year haven't noticed it hampering real estate sales!

Most of the time we have Goldilocks weather!  Due to the fires, it may have slowed down some showings and the air quality did not help.  It is nice and foggy today which helps the firefighters, and I am sure showings will be just fine. A

It is predicted to be in the high 80s today after a couple of days over 100. Real buyers buy.  Real sellers sell.  It's finding more about "whether" for me than the "weather".

93 today. Can wait for the check to sit in the office.

Our weather is pretty darn nice most of the year. When it's a beautiful day people like to be at the beach so that can impact open houses. Vacation time, especially in August before schools start, can interfere. But when people want to buy, they are out looking

69 and sunny here. As we have four seasons are good selling months are from March to November; as we can get severe wintry conditions it tends to slow then.

Phoenix is experiencing a heat wave. We still buy and sell homes.

High 90's will probably break 100 soon.  It does not control sales.  One gets use to the heat.

There is a measurable reduction in open house visits when the perfect beach day is the competition. Here in coastal Florida, good open house attendance requires applying others measures to drive attendance.
