Yes, I use DotLoop exclusively that enables my Transaction Coordinator to connect all parties to the transaction as well as update notes as we move along the process from Contract To Close.

The state (and I guess NAR) now offers ZipTMS which is supposed to do this and I've seen a few other solutions that do this. I don't see the value in it and I've yet to see anyone actually use it! I prefer to be the information conduit for my clients to make sure I can address issues before they arise or the client interprets them incorrectly.
