No. I don't think I like so many people having access to things I'm not always sure need to be seen by everyone involved.
Not at this time
We use Dotloop to share docs with the people we need to share them with. So far it seems to be working good.
Michael J. Perry
Yes, I use DotLoop exclusively that enables my Transaction Coordinator to connect all parties to the transaction as well as update notes as we move along the process from Contract To Close.
I do not but I do use Dropbox that allows the client to get copies of documents and photos. I prefer to deliver updates myself.
We have CTME here in Colo.
Colorado Springs, CO
Our MLS offers this but I do not use it.
Nope, don't use anything like that
Not all of those...
Michael J. Perry - DotLoop does a lot - from contract to close! Though no title companies in MA - so it's all on us.
I put things in evernote and allow access to those who need those docs
No, I keep in contact
I use to use dropbox for this but quit. I don't know why...
The state (and I guess NAR) now offers ZipTMS which is supposed to do this and I've seen a few other solutions that do this. I don't see the value in it and I've yet to see anyone actually use it! I prefer to be the information conduit for my clients to make sure I can address issues before they arise or the client interprets them incorrectly.
No, I don't have anything like this.
No.... we update the proper parties when it's appropriate timing....
We do, but rarely allow third parties from access.
No I don't. I update appropriate parties as necessary.
Generally we are a little more private with our docs, email upon request.
But there are a few projects where something will go up on google docs with an access link sent to the parties involved.
Our company provides an inhouse program that we can add others to and they are able to view the paperwork and updates.
I'm debuting a new platform soon that I'm on a beta team to try, that will be a very transparent "cloud" for all involved. Currently my clients, TC, broker and I share a portal, but I have to e-mail all to the rest. We use the company website.
Some put on their webpage since they do not want to be bothered with a phone call. Mortgage and title by eMail mostly.
G docs for sharing is great.
