Almost daily. It is a real timesaver.

It is a GREAT program... and unfortunately and for reasons no one seems to want to share, our Board of Realtors does not let us have access to the program.

I have used it however our MLS doesn't share data with them therefore it is not as useful as it could be.

We love RPR also. We use it for CMAs and especially for flood maps.

Honest, I can find a good reason to use it. Looks great, slick but ?? what do I do with it?

   I live in a "University Town" where a lot of Buyers and Sellers want information-overload.  NAR RPR provides more than enough charts, graphs, and data.

Hi Tony & Suzanne - I've looked at it a few times and there's some good stuff there, but I have other sources that are better integrated into our work flow.

Nope. But after reading the comments, I am going to check out what is all the fuss.

I tested it out but found their reports to be far too big and cumbersome.  Not something I would ever consider using on an appointment (the listing presentation/cma I did for a test was over 80 pages long!!!!  Forget that!).

Coming up with a list price?  Yeah tried that too.  Takes 5-10 minutes on the board looking at the comps.  On RPR took close to an hour.  Yeah, no thanks!

It is fantastic compared to the Core Logic product which is Realist. Tyte reports you can generate are excellent and being able to do an RVM versus an AVM allows you as a local source to make adjustments. I am in the process of listing about 100 homes for a coporate buyer and I used RPR to dispute their out of state BPOs where the properties weren't viewed and the Zestimate. I won that argument.
