Fred Griffin used to pay a lot to Realtor.com - not any more. Though office still has subscribed to Showcase listing for all the agents.

The same goes for Trulia and Market Leader.

Zillow premier agent for many years - and is more likely to stay that way in 2016.

I don't pay for upgrades on the sites you mentioned or any others.

Our brokerage pays for agents to have enhanced listings on Realtor.com and we have found this to be valuable...and credible. Zillow and Trulia are not part of our marketing program.

Our clients do not pay for upgrades.  One does pay to have her name appear exclusively on her exclusive listings.  It is a defense maneuver...It seems to me crazy to have to protect the listings one works their tail off to get.  In my opinion something is wrong with this picture @$350 a month for up to 8 listings.  A

Try Trulia once and did not get a one deal but ran around lots showing home to discover this had a agent.
