Typically meet them there unless they are relocation buyers and they don't already have a car-full of children - if there's room in my car, I want to give them the guided tour!
I have them follow me when showing properties.
Generally, after the first time, it's separate but it's not set in stone.
I prefer to have them in my car unless they have children with them.
I'll meet you at the property. Life's too short to be miserable. We can talk a the property, you can talk in private and I can listen to the radio.

I have done both but can't remember the last time I had customers in my car.
It really depends on the situation and the clients. If we meet at the office first then usually I drive. If we meet out somewhere or we have other places to go after, than drive seperately.

It depends on a few factors, but normally in town we go separately. We've spent an entire day in the car with a client looking at acreages across a 100 miles or so radius. It was just easier that way. I brought a cooler with snacks and drink knowing we had a lot to visit while he was in the state that day.
I would rather have them in my car if the are coming from out of state. Normally the buyers I work with are looking in the community I market and I end up meeting them at a home.

Depending on whether I know them or not determines if they ride with me or drive. I encourage them to ride with me if I have been working with them for sometime. I feel riding with me provides them insight on our area. They can ask me questions they normally wouldn't think to ask (builds credibility).
how far? how many? kids? if its just three of us..2 -3 homes. then one car fine. otherwise its in tow
Hi Coal - My preference is to spend as much time in the presence of my clients as possible. Driving around time can be very productive.
Stopped taking buyers into my car years ago.
I try to always drive my clients to the properties. I find it the best way to build rapport and for me to get to know them better.
I like having the customers drive with me. Makes for better rapport and an understanding of their preferences.
It depends on the situation. If they know me we go together, and if we don't know each other well, my client meets me at the property. FYI make sure you have business insurance on the vehicle you show property with.

I do both. When a couple has children, I like to have them follow in their own car.
In general, when there is more than one buyer, it can be really good to have them in a separate car. Frees them up to talk openly about properties they have seen, going from one to another.
Depends on a ton of factors (vehicles, kids, do I know them,...). The majority of the time it's "follow me".

I am full service. I drive my clients. If we are only seeing one property I might meet them there.

They have kids - their car for their safety seats. I go with them in the van or car OR they can follow me. No more little kids in my car moving child seats.
I liked to drive the customer most of the time... unless they had a big family and it wasn't realistic. I wanted to discuss properties between showings and get to know them better.
