Virtually never. The few I've attended were not very helpful. I do my CE with a private school here. CE class handles contract updates and my company will also have a lunch and learn to review contract changes.

No, it's considered nap time in my book. My board just sent out a brief survey about the cont ed they provide. They just don't get it - too costly thru them & too boring.

Webinars are the best. Just attended one the other day from Docusign that was a disaster!  Used a company that I've never used before & it wouldn't get any sound.

I will go to a class there about once a year.  Sadly, not much they offer that I can't get elsewhere that is more convenient and less expensive.

Served on the Education Committee to try and get agents jazzed about education there, but there was no real change that was ever going to happen.  Beat my head against the wall for three or four years then moved on.

I attend the membership meetings of the Honolulu Board of Realtors when I'm in town. Definitely worth it on so many levels. Lots of education opportunites, new vendors to meet. The lunch itself? I don't like lunches with hundreds of people where you can't tablehop. Agencies tend to reserve tables of 10 so they don't get to mix with others.

I used to attend a lot of classes.  These days, the only event that I attend regularly is the brokers annual meeting sponsored by my local board. It's typically a breakfast or lunch meeting. Last year they had Stefan Swanepoel as the guest speaker ... he talked about The Danger Report.
