Very quiet here already since yesterday... agents, gone. Locals going away for a break.

I have three client meetings on Saturday, an open house on Sunday, and a showing on Monday. I might be able to sneak in a little time in the sun but I'm not sure!

My past experience tells me to take off.

We deserve time with our families and friends too. It is going to be a great weekend! 

Typically this is not a busy weekend in real estate..nor is the 4th...

No not really. I've also had people getting out of town which is really the norm.

Probably a very good weekend for those who are open for business this weekend.

I had a listing come back on the market Friday morning, and only got showings Friday & Saturday, but have offers.

People who are out over holiday weekends tend to be awfully motivated.

Many agents will be out of town. I'm staying around town spending time with family & friends, and willing to write a contract.   

Every weekend is good

It is a holiday weekend with Memorial Day coming. It will be a great opportunity to get in touch with previous clients who could provide valuable leads.

Depends on your market.  For instance if you are in an area frequented by vacationers perhaps getting out and holding open possible second homes and income producing properties might yield an out of market buyer. 

I looked at Memorial Day weekend last year in Cromford Report - it looked good.  Maybe it will be a good weekend!

It has been cold and rainy lately but this weekend we have sunny skies and new listings so yes, I think it will be a good weekend for real estate.

For those of us left in town, it very well could be!

We are having high school graduations this weekend and there will be lots of parties going on. It typically is not a very busy weekend.

I am taking the weekend off! Then again, have been off since relocating!

Yes to Real Estate every day. The buying & selling public go on results not holidays. There will be the usual early birds catching worms group out and about while others slept in

Thyere were several agents who were leaving today, some even yesterday and a great deal Friday. I will be ready to take all their work.  

Aside from the weather forecasting a risk of a thunderstorm on both days with POP of 40%, there will be many people doing what they do at this time of year, enjoying our beautiful spring, post-May 24 weekend.  Some will head to the cottage, some will do real estate, some will work, some will play, some will do other stuff.  No different than any other weekend.

Our weather is still nice and I think most people will be doing outside activities, which may include visiting open houses.
