the old irish joke is.... 5 irishmen to change a lightbulb. one to screw it in and out and 4 to say how pretty the old one was.

None!  They wait for it to be called out on an inspection and give a credit for it!

I will have to remember this next winter when the side walk is not cleared to show the ome!

I can change a light bulb, fix many little things, and even paint the entire house, but it does not mean I volunteer to do that. 

Read the story. You just can't fix stupidity!

Just one. One call to the home owner that is

treading on thin ice when a real estate touches anything in someone else's home.... "stuff breaks"....simple tasks can become nightmares....

Stay away from changing it.
