The Convention would be nice, venturing into Orlando, may be a location that I would prefer to avoid.

We are planning to attend.  The last Orlando Convention, Evelyn sprained her ankle and we didn't do any sightseeing or eating out.  I hope AR has a meetup.

I will be there for the CRS meetings which overlap. No plans for other touring but hoping there will be a meet-up of some sort for the AR folks. It's been suggested

Just went to DC and will be going to Orlando as a Regional Vice President and a director. Your knowledge base expands dramatically and going to a Board of Directors meeting whould show you democracy in action. I speak from experience in previous meetings where the executive committee recommendations were overridden. This year as a member of the executive committee we truned down some leadership recommendations. One satisfying vote was on keeping dues the same as $120 a year with $75 of that going to what NAR does well which is political advocacy.

No, I went last year, I only go every other year. Plus, my travel is all booked up this year for the budget. If I don't stick to the budget, no point in having one.

Ron and I have been to several NAR conferences.  And no, we will not go again.  The first was in Orlando, and we did not go to Universal Studiios.  If we did, we certainly would make plans to meet people from Active Rain.  It is not for us, and I hope those who go find what they are looking for.  A

Yes I am going and already booked at the Hilton. One night is Realtor night at Universal Studios. Sounds like fun.

I do enjoy going to national conventions, but will not be attending this year.

I hope to be there but haven't made definite plans yet. If there is an AR meetup, I will try to attend (depending on day and time) and probably the tech show but haven't thought beyond that yet.

I'm just an hour or so east of Orlando so maybe we can get together.

I am not a fan of NAR.... It has its own agenda. The only person I listen is Lawrence Yun. He gives an overall view of US market.  Keep in mind every neighborhood in America is different.

No, we are not going, as Fall is the start of snowbirds returning in our community Fred Griffin.  Last year we went to San Diego in the Fall, and it was 'ok' - I only found it semi-interesting.  It was only 7 hours one-way, so that was pretty close, and we did get to spend a few extra days and see some sights, as we never go to San Diego. 

It won't be me.  I am not a fan of NAR. I went to one NAR conference and that was my last.  Maybe you will find Phil Dumb-phy there to do more acting on how to be a Realtor.
