That said...

The longer I go, the more people I'm responsible to, for their income and mine. I just worry about letting people down occasionally; but I focus on my goals to avoid wasting time worrying.

How to handle it all right now.

That the little guy behind me (above) will take all of my customers!

With that it seems there is nothing to worry!

I don't get worried because I have faith in our team, but I just keep my eyes open and hopefully move forward with the trends.  

That I won't make it home before Willie gives up and pees on my favorite rug.

To much to do with all this blasted "technology" that is supposed to simplify our lives-yeah right!

Time

Worry is a killer of dreams.  Happiness is what I focus on.

The fleeting nature of our clients and employees...there is no loyalty by either.

Good morning Jack. Only one thing, making sure that all mortgages are completed, on time.

Staying up to date with all the changes...new rules, new contracts and forms, new technology to learn...that alone can be a full time job. We need more time...a 48 hour day would be helpful!

Closing escrow, closing escrow on time, finding a buyer, finding a buyer a home, finding a seller, finding a buyer for the seller's home, knowing that the Winter is coming, waiting until Spring, lack of escrows, getting burned out...

Having enough time.

I have no worries like I used to but that takes lots of years to get to that place in your business. I do care about my clients and wish some of their properties would sell but I do not worry about them. I am doing all I can do.

As for me, I wish I had more hours in a day.

Right now I worry about how I can be in 3 places at once.
