Out here that usually means it is an "Entry Only" listing with limited to no service.  Usually done as a courtesy by an agent for a friend who is deadset on being a FSBO or used to be an agent themselves.

Also, reminds me of "HelpUSell" they were big on that.

nothing good - that is what sellers don't understand - it isn't about the money only - it is about the respect (or lack thereof) with these ridiculous commissions - I wouldn't show it  because I think that commission is rude

It tells you to run fast in the opposite direction from this property.  If that is all a seller is willing to pay, and a listing agent who is willing to agree with them, then it is not the right property for any buyers I have.  Who knows what condition the property is in, with someone who isn't willing to pay to get their home sold.  Run Forest Run!!
