Normally I would say, walk away, but after that much deceit, send it to an attny.

Get an attny who will work on a percentage of the collection and stop trying to contact the buyers, that will just muddy the waters more.

Definitely speak to your broker and hire an attorney - you were deceived and I DO hope you got your money out of this.

I'd let it go as a learning experince.  If I were in this position, I'd feel like these buyers were creeps, but clearly I must have done something to lose their confidence.  Work with the ones who love you and let the bad ones go.

It sounds to me like you are owed a commission. Talk with your broker and see what it will take to pursue this issue.

Hard work & service leads the way to earning a living or in this case a commission. BTW...there are ways to measure w/o disturbing anyone. As far as what to do? People pay for that knowledge before, during and after wards

You're probably owed a commission, but this sounds like one that isn't really worth the brain damage to pursue. Taking someone to court over this is not a slam dunk, no matter what the law says, and having a really pissed off client out there stirring up trouble is never a good idea. Chalk it up to experience and move on.
