A few years back, I pulled ALL my AR info posts and just posted listings. So my counter showed a couple dozen featured posts you could not find. LOL
It reset again after the first recent featured post, so it's correct now--sorta.
Recently, I started posting informational posts again, and have had 2 featured this year. The most recent was April 6, about seller financing. The FIRST featured post I had was in 2007. It was called, "Listen, Honey" and was about wanting to throw a wine bottle at a lady I met at a party who was narcissistically whining about how her real estate broker owed her a commissionectomy. LOL! I had no idea anyone would care to read something like that . . . but it felt good to write it.

Congratulations! It's been forever and a day, maybe I should write them more often.

Last week. We used to get them much more often, but things seem to have changed and it doesn't happen very often anymore...

I get get on the home page Often with questions but not so often with my blogs... Thinking there is some sort of conspiracy going on in AR

I don't remember but it was relatively recent - I am always surprised and honored when I get a feature 

I generally go for 6 months or more without seeing one, yet this month I have had at least 4, it has been very nice.

I had one featured yesterday about Correcting Wonky Formatting. I had to use the technique when writing today's post.

I did this one in honor of this being Fair Housing month.

Too long ago to remember unfortunately!

My "I'm a paying customer now" blog from Sept. of 15 was my one and only featured post.  I was really shocked and annoyed that my detailed fix for the "photos not showing up on outside blogs" issue that plauged AR members for over a month did not get a feature.  I thought something that fixed a known long term pain point for at least 20 of the most active members would get a nod.

Here is our last feature. 

I need to start blogging again.  It's been a while.  

I really do not know. I just do not pay attention to that.
